FEE SCHEDULE

Initial Consult: Free
To understand how to better serve you, an initial 30-minute free telephone consultation will enable us to review the facts of your case and to determine if Dr. Lang's expertise is the best fit.
Hourly Rate After Retainer Period: $350/hour
Invoiced every 30 days or as specified in the contract. Overdue invoices accrue at a rate of 1.5% per month.
Deposition: $350/hour and Deposition fees
Within 5 business days prior to testimony. Including fees owed by other lawyers.
Cancellation Fee for Deposition
25% of the fees for time Expert was asked to reserve for testimony. Invoiced within 30 days of the cancelation or rescheduled testimony. May retain a cancellation fee in instances where scheduled testimony is canceled or rescheduled with 1 or 2 business days’ notice.
Travel
Client is responsible for all out-of-pocket travel expenses; within 5 business days prior to testimony; client has the option to assume responsibility of booking all travel and lodging.
Retainer: $3,500
Is due before work begins and is non-refundable. The retainer includes the first 10-hours of work towards the case, and is invoiced by the hour beyond the first 10-hours.
File Review/Preparation: $350/hour
